Aligning Teams Through Change

During a transition to a new operating model, a central maintenance crew encountered resistance across divisions and management, bringing implementation to a standstill. Misalignment between teams created friction, leaving leadership without the support and agreement needed to move forward.

We facilitated structured alignment sessions with key stakeholders to surface the underlying concerns driving resistance and bring competing perspectives into the open. Acting as a neutral, collaborative partner, we mediated discussions to reach practical consensus across teams. We then implemented an organizational change management approach, equipping leadership with a clear roadmap, defined roles and the structure needed to confidently drive and sustain the transition.

The organization relaunched the initiative with a unified implementation plan, supported by cross-departmental buy-in and a shared understanding of roles and responsibilities. With a clear change roadmap in place, leadership was able to communicate effectively and execute with confidence – ultimately delivering on key objectives and advancing the organization’s broader strategic plan.
