Restoring Confidence Through Operational Clarity

A 414 MW combined cycle natural gas facility in the Caribbean was under construction and required a fully developed commissioning plan — along with an experienced team — ready to mobilize before construction reached completion.

Engaged as a subcontractor to an international commissioning firm, providing direction and support for recruiting and onboarding the key team leads necessary to execute this major project. With personnel representing seven different countries, we moved quickly to establish a unified operational framework — defining clear expectations, standing up a consistent meeting cadence, and creating an open channel for team feedback.

This structure enabled the group to align around a shared, proactive approach to the work. Within just a few weeks, the team was operating at full capacity, executing scoping activities for the plant commissioning under a structured quality records system.

The result was a cohesive, site-ready commissioning team that arrived with systems fully scoped and only a focused punch list of outstanding questions — all of which were resolved during a single site visit. This level of preparation translated directly into meaningful time savings against the project schedule.
